Delivery & Returns
All orders are sent using a tracked service. Please be advised that the timescales are estimated and extra time needs to be taken into consideration if ordering over a weekend or bank holiday.
Orders are shipped the day after placing them & at this current time during the COVID-19 pandemic we are advising that you could experience extra delays.
You can select from either Premium Delivery or Standard Delivery. All orders are set as standard and we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, priced at £3.00 up to 1kg.
Should you opt for Premium we aim to deliver within 2 working days, priced at £4.00 up to 1kg.
Additional charges will be applied to orders over 1kg and are calculated at checkout.
UK orders over £75 are free shipping & discount is automatically applied at checkout.
For delivery to ROI we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. All items are sent as standard priced at £8 up to 1kg.
For delivery to the EU we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. All items are sent as standard priced at £13.43 up to 1kg.
International delivery is also standard and we aim to deliver within 3-7 working days, priced at £18.49 up to 1 kg.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you return any item after this time it will be returned back to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items or special offers are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus any applicable fees within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Unfortunately due to the fast turn around in stock we are unable to offer an exchange. We would advise purchasing the new item/size you require and then returning your original purchase for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
